Chocolate Protein Icing
Protein-rich icing you can add to your baking!
After baking a protein-rich brownie or cake, you want to finish it off with a rich and chocolaty icing…but not one full of sugar, one full of protein! This is the easiest and best-tasting icing ever!
2 tablespoons Chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Truvia (baking stevia)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted to remove any lumps)
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth with an electric mixer.
- Store any extra icing in the fridge.
- Add to any of your baked goods for an extra chocolate protein kick!
